    How do I book an Apartment ?

All of our apartments are on request. Enter your destination, choose your perfect apartment with the search options and go to enquiry tab and advise us your check-in and check-out dates and the total number of guests and we will confirm you the availability of the apartment as soon as we will receive the enquiry with the payment instructions.


    What is the exact address of the apartment ?

To protect the privacy and the security, we do not publish the street number of any apartment. The address will be communicated once you have already booked with us.


    How do I pay for my booking ?

The quickest way to confirm your booking is to pay the deposit with a credit/debit card or PayPal, or Bank Transfer.


    Are there any extra fees ?

No, there are no hidden costs. If there will be an extra cost it will be mentioned before confirming the booking.


    Is there an additional payment for Tax ?

Booking fees are not refundable after our booking confirmation.


A Security deposit needs to be paid for all the apartments.


    Will the "Security deposit" be paid back? How do we pay it ?

If no damage is done to the apartment and its content/amenities’ - Yes of course. For many apartments, the security deposit can be paid by credit card and be refunded on the credit card. For some apartments, the security deposit is replaced by card print (not debited if no damage done, if any problem after your departure, no refund to expect considering your card has never been debited) and for some apartment you have to pay the security deposit via Pay Pal or Bank Transfer.


    How do I get my apartment keys ?

Depending on the apartment in question, you should pick up the keys either at the apartment or at our office. The confirmation email will give the exact instructions to follow on the day you arrive. Generally when you arrive, one of check in agent will be there to welcome you in the apartment you have booked. He/She will show you the apartment and will give you your keys.


    Is there additional housekeeping service during our stay ?

The apartment will be cleaned professionally before your check in, If you want to avail extra cleaning there will be extra charges for it.


    What is a Check-in and Check-out ?

Depending on the apartment in question, you should pick up the keys either at the apartment or at our office. The confirmation email will give the exact instructions to follow on the day you arrive. Generally when you arrive, one of check in agent will be there to welcome you in the apartment you have booked. He/She will show you the apartment and will give you your keys.


    Can we check in Early ?

Your booking starts from normal check in time of the day of your arrival which depends on the apartment (for more detail, please House rules tab of the apartment). The welcome agent can accept early check in, only if the apartment you booked is ready to welcome you. It usually depends on the departure time of the previous client and the housekeeping organization as well.
If you absolutely need to access to the apartment in the morning, we recommend to book the day previous to your arrival date in order to block the property for you.


    Can we check out Late ?

The welcome agent can accept that you stay in the apartment in the afternoon only if there is no other arrival expected the day of your departure. Unfortunately it depends on the other booking so we, as well as the owner, cannot confirm the possibility of late check out when you book. If you absolutely need to use the apartment in the afternoon or up to the night, we recommend to book until the date of your departure. * In some cases we note there is possible for certain apartments to do late check out (up to 4PM) according to the check in/out conditions - it may be accepted after paying 100% of daily rate.


    Do you provide beds, cribs, highchairs ?

Absolutely, but please do let us know in advance. Please note that there will be a charge involved with supplying these kinds of items.


    What is the company’s cancellation policy ?

All cancellations should be communicated in writing, either by email or fax. No deposits paid to confirm bookings will be returned in the case of cancellation. Cancellation policies may differ for some apartments.

If a customer cancels a reservation paid in full, the cancellation charge will increase as the start of the rental period gets closer: Over 90 days before the booked arrival date:
• 25% of the total amount 30-89 days before the booked arrival date:
• 50% of the total amount Less than 30 days before the booked arrival date:
• 100% of the total amount


    Who will be responsible for personal loss or damage ?

We do not hold the responsibility of personal loss or damage .We encourage our guests to take the travel insurance to cover any losses that may occur?
